These Terms and Conditions apply to all small group journeys, dedicated/motivated and activity tours designed by 1000.tours project of cEventa® a registered travel entity trademark (thereafter 1000.tours)

§1. Definition and guarantees:

1000.tours is brand of CIC Consulting Group, which is operates as an accredited travel management company. By booking a trips with 1000.tours you are deemed to have agreed to these General Terms and conditions, which constitutes our relationship upon confirmation of your booking and processing of the payment. The service to be provided are those which would be included into your invoice, itinerary or/and the travel voucher.

1000.tours splits the offered travel product into the following categories:

a) small group personalized journey: a group contains 4, 8 or maximum 12 travelers including children, unless otherwise specified;

b) mix activity tours: this type of tour will include a number of physically active elements in the itineraries, as it will be mentioned therein, along with the level of the related complexity, including hiking, biking, rafting, sailing, driving, skiing, farming or other definition, as it would be indicated in the itineraries;

c) dedicated or motivated tours: a journey with personally tailored itinerary designed for by our travel experts accordingly to your desire or pattern: family travel, school trips, special sport trip, elderly travel, etc. 1000.tours reserves the right to marginally exceed regular maximum group size on the family/ special group journeys to accommodate a family /or a special group. Minimal group dedicated or motivated tours is two travelers, while single supplements and solo travels are available;

d) in case of rare changes due to the unexpected circumstances beyond our control, 1000.tours reserves the right to make date, route and hotel modifications, as needed. 1000.tours will make all possible efforts to minimize the changes and maintain a high quality of the services provided.

§2. Activity elements, children, age/ health restriction

a) To enjoy the trips as intended, a beginning level of fitness is required for most of the mix activity tours, while some of them may required some intermediary skills. Advanced or Pro fitness skills will be included into dedicated/ motivated tours, only. The type of the fitness activity will be indicated in the trip complexity section of the itinerary and it is in travelers responsibility to understand its level.

b) 1000.tours always happy to assist guests traveling with children and will recommend the best route and journey for each particular family or a party. Children in the age of 12 years old are welcomed within all regularly scheduled activity. For those kids who are younger than 12 years of age 1000.tours recommends to participate in a Family or Private Tour. Some activities contained within an itinerary may have a different age restrictions than the overall minimum age requirement.. All travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parents, legal guardian, or an escort in lieu of a parent /legal guardian.  The legal guardian or their designee will be responsible for the traveler under the age of 18’s day to day care.

In certain cases some discounts or price reductions may be available for the children. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

c) 1000.tours always has no restrictions for maximum age for the majority of the trips. However, such travelers are highly recommended to obtain all necessary medical consultations at least two months prior to travel and before making a final payment and fully comprehend their suitability to participation within the entire trip.

c) 1000.tours will require an advance notification at the time of booking regarding any participant who has any physical or other conditions or disability that would prevent them from participating in active elements of any trip and/or could create a hazard to him or herself or to other members of the group.

d) 1000.tours reserves the right to decline acceptance of anyone whom it considers unsuitable due to fitness level which were not disclosed at the time of booking and reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the participant’s own expense, anyone whose physical condition or conduct negatively impacts the enjoyment of the other guests or disrupts the tour.

e) Due to active pattern of most of the tours, 1000.tours recommend the following clothes, except special or evening occasions: lightweight, casual, easily washable sport/ active items for travel and daily wear, shorts/ pans, sun hat, long sleeve shirts, sun reflecting clothes, swim suites, etc.

f) All request for special beds, triple/adjoining rooms, side-by-side rooms, suites, etc. must be made at the time of booking. While 1000.tours will try to arrange the best accommodation, any late notification could result some gossips in room assignments. In such cases we will offer to share a twin room with others in the group, unless a single accommodation would be preferable.

§3. Pricing, payment and deposit

a) 1000.tours publishing the rates, promotions, discounts or other allowance on its website or in billing paperwork delivered to the travelers. Those figures displays per person prices in $, € or Chf (in EU, € in European Union, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Ukraine or in CHF in Switzerland /Lichtenstein, USD $ in USA, Canada and other countries), based on double occupancy and includes all taxes and fees. Prices are based on an the median exchange rate, and in event of unpredictable currency fluctuation, we reserve the right to adjust the rates accordingly. Due a variety of proprietary factors that are involved will provide total price only, without a breakdown. There is no discount or price reduction offered for alternation in the itinerary, i.e in event late arrival or early departing from a journey .

b) 1000.tours reserves the right to modify the future bookings with a prior notice and substitute it with a similar activities similar by the activities, travel date and accommodation classification.

c) In order to reserve your trip, 1000.tours will retain a deposit of $, € or Chf 250 per person for all public departures and $, € or Chf 1,000 per person for a private trip. Once a trip is under deposit, the tour price is guaranteed unless alternate booking conditions will be requested and confirmed .

1000.tours requires to be informed at the time of deposit regarding special physical or health conditions are mentioned in 2(d) and will not allow a refund either of a deposit or the entire cost of the trip in case if the conditions/ behavior of such individuals will impede the welfare or enjoyment of fellow guests.

d) Travel credits cannot be used for deposit; the deposit must be paid and thereafter the travel credit will be applied towards the final payment.

e) A single supplement will be charged to each traveler in a private room. The amount of this supplement varies depending on the tour and will be provided upon request. A single supplement is reflects the actual cost that is reduced for double occupancy reservations since they are sharing a room. Solo trip is available.

f) 1000.tours require a final payment 90 days prior to the departure date. This balance will automatically be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements have been made. Payments must be in $, € or Chf, and can be made by Check, Wire, as well as by Major credit cards: Visa, Master Card or American Express. For reservations booked less than 90 days prior trip origination date, final payment is due at the time of booking. No travel credits can be applied to a reservation once final payment has been charged. A 4.5% of banking fee will apply in case if you will decide to switch a method of payment and refund previously charged amounts. All permanent client may be a eligible for some cash refund or other promotions in case of ACH payments ( up 1-2%), and1000.tours will generate a credit memo applicable to the balance on the clients account.

g) Upon receipt of the payment has been received, within ten business days 1000.tours will send you a confirmation invoice and travel Voucher . The Voucher must be reviewed and the content of the itinerary must be acknowledged within a business day, commented if necessary, as no other amendment are allowable afterwards. For all activity elements an additional Acknowledgement and Travel Form could be requested and these paperwork enables us to secure necessary equipment, note dietary restrictions, purchase or decline insurance, and recognize special requests you may have, as well to understand your personal responsibility and coordination. Travelers who decline to supply an Acknowledgement and Travel Form at the time of inquiry or prior the departure will not be allowed to join the trip and the cancellation policy will apply.

§4. Trip inclusive and add-ons

a) What’s included?

Yours journeys included all activities which indicated in your in the itinerary:

• all accommodations in 4-5 stars properties or tantamount accommodation in private luxury villas or residence;
• personally guided sightseeing tours;
• airport transfers between the hotel/ meet points and airport/ port/ train station;
• local transfers, ferry tickets, boat or plane charter;
• a meal plan (as specified in the itinerary), welcome /farewell dinners; wine testing, local bottled water during sightseeing;
• entrance ticket to attraction site and venues;
• equipment: bicycles, vehicle, vessels, helmets, kayak, etc. (as specified in the itinerary),
• taxes, fees, and gratuities;
• visa services and advance processing fees with consulates worldwide;
• 24/7 Emergency Toll Free Support line

b) What’s additional?

these items are excluded due to the number of individual circumstances and patterns.

1. Airfare to the journey starting point and from the ending point: either international or locals, unless otherwise noted or pre-built in the itinerary.

As accredited travel entity 1000.tours will be pleased to arrange your flight at the price competitive to the existing market value of ticket, as well as, may offer you a exclusive fare for 4 or more travelers or a group fare for 9 or more travelers. The type of service class and restrictions will be determined upon request. Amendments and cancellation of the airline tickets are not related to cancellation policy of the tours.

2. Insurance

Insure your Journey: 1000.tours will help you to insure your trip and obtain a proper coverage which is mandatory for the journey:

• personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation;
• and essentials: trip cancellation, interruption, emergency evacuation, sport and activity, etc.

If you already have a coverage, or a partial coverage or would prefer to acquire your policy elsewhere, you must provide us with proof of your travel insurance prior the trip origination, otherwise you will not be able to join the trip without it.

3. Passport  ( must be valid for 6 months after the return date from your journey and must have sufficient blank pages for entry and exit stamps, as well as for the visa, where required.
4. Expedited consular / processing fee

(applicable in case if visa is obtained less than 60 business days prior the departure, otherwise 1000.tours will process it free of charge, as indicated in “What’s included?” section)

5. Sport wear, sport clothes and shoes or any other special equipment,
6. Ticket for museums, music and theater performance, unless otherwise noted or pre-built in the itinerary
7. Extra gratuities, if desirable

c) 1000.tours is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to possible alterations in itineraries, cancellations, or other amendments ( such as prepaid hotel accommodations, airline tickets, connecting travel segments beyond the 1000.tours itinerary, scheduled events, etc).

d) 1000.tours will exclusively tailoring every its tour, as a travel management entity. We are using our unique network of most reputable travel vendors, hotels, airlines, cruises and other organization, however, cannot be responsible nor liable for issues that may arise during usage of their service.

§5. Cancellation, changes and refunds

a) 1000.tours and our partners adhere to the following cancellation policy for all tours without exceptions and will retain the following cancellation fee;

90 days prior to departure or more	$/€/Chf 500-1000 per person, unless otherwise noted
30-60 days prior to departure	50% of tours cost or a program
30 days prior to departure or less	100% of the program price or a program

b) Cancellations must be received in writing and will become effective on the date of receipt, fax or email.

c) No cancellation of refunds are allowed after the tour/ program origination date, as well as no partial refund will be made if travel is interrupted for any reason.

d) No refund will be made if the traveler will be refused in boarding to a plane, disembarked from a vessel, denied/ suspended a visa, denied entry to the country by the border control or any other events that could be resulted by noncompliance with applicable regulations, usage of improper documentation or any other circumstances which are beyond the routine responsibilities of 1000.tours as a travel management entity or its partners.

e) Supplemental segments, trip extension and other extra services booked in connection 1000.tours product are subject to specific cancellation penalties and will be noted accordingly in the itinerary.

f) All travelers are encouraged to purchase travel Insurance to protect their trip for case of cancellation, interruption, delay, baggage and personal effects loss or other unforeseeable circumstances. 1000.tours will include the offer to purchase travel insurance to all proposals or estimates and require that travelers decline coverage in writing in case if the coverage is not desirable or duplicating the pre-existing protection.

g) Private or Family Tour packages may be a subject to alternative terms and conditions and will be as outlined designated proposal.

h) Date change are allowed whenever is space available on the tour you wish to change to and it does not mandate cancellation of the tour currently reserved. In the event of a date change, the traveler will be responsible for any increase in tour price and will not be refunded if the new tour price is less than the original tour.1000.tours reserve a right to make some alteration in the itinerary, if the small group will contain 2+ families/ groups in order to accommodate the most convenient schedule for everyone in the group.

j) One date change is only allowed per reservation, where is possible. A fee of $/€/Chf 200 per party/ family (for singles $/€/Chf 100) will be retained. Any other changes or amendments are subject to the tour cancelation as it designated in Section a) of this chapter.

k) 1000.tours may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if the circumstances will not be viable to operate the planned itinerary, unless those which are mentioned in the Force majeure (§ 3). If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date for a tantamount journey or you may request to receive a refund. Regardless of type of cancelation 1000.tours will offer a bonus or a feasible discount for all the future journey, as a gesture of appreciation.

§6. Force majeure

All trips will be operated within the dates, as predefined in the Time section of itinerary, excepting the cases of force majeure, which could include any major world event adversely affecting international travel patterns (due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, failure/ closure of the business counterparts, etc.) or other circumstances beyond control and adequate abilities or routine operation of 1000.tours.

In such cases of such 1000.tours reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel a tour at any time. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

A purchase of comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommend.

§7. Feedback, claims and applicable law

a) 1000.tours value the feedback from the travelers: the comments and suggestions are welcomed at any time. We will also appreciate your comments, ranking and rating in the social media resources which is satteliting our website.

b) In spite to 1000.tours refunds and cancellation policy in some specific cases we could make some exception if the some verifiable extenuating circumstances will occur to the traveler within a journey. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be presented in writing within 30 days of the completion/ termination of the tours program and accompanied by the related supporting documentation. A possible credit memo could generated after an approval of 1000.tours corporate management and its business counterparts, however its issuance is not guaranteed. If approved, a credit memo could be issued towards future travel plans unless otherwise noted.

c) 1000.tours is brand of CIC Consulting Group, which is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The United States of America, and thus makes its operations and this General Terms and Conditions, governed by applicable law of the state with the fullest extent allowable.  Any disputes in connection with a trip or these General Terms and Conditions must be initiated in the courts the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Arbitration?

§8. Your details, privacy policy and marketing

a) 1000.tours strives to arrange the most remarkable and convenient journey for you and in order for us to build your itinerary you will be asked to provide your personal information and related parameters in Reservation Form, including in but are not limited to full name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, expiration date. Further, we may require to complete to Self-evaluation Questionnaire and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to participate in the trip.

In case of visa necessity, the original documents must be in positions of your consular advisors and you agree to provide your passport, photographs and other required documents for processing your visa application with the Consular authorities.

Your trip will be confirmed upon provision of the above-mentioned information.

b) Any personal information that would be collected 1000.tours about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a tour or to send you marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our staff, sales agent, counterparts or suppliers to enable us to fulfill our responsibility as a travel management entity.  We will otherwise treat your details with respect to your privacy on the regular customs. smg extra re privacy?

c) Time of the time our staff may take some photographs within your journey where you could be depicted. You consent to us using images for advertising and media purposes, as well as grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes. You have a right to be excluded from usage of such a photos, and if this options is chosen we must be notified in advance

§9. Public warnings and travel advisory

It is the responsibility of the traveler to acknowledge the most current travel advisories and warnings by issued by an official government media ( Department of State; Foreign Affairs Administration or similar authorities) of the country of traveler’s residence, citizenship, as well as the countries of the intended visit(s). Should the traveler still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory or warning, the traveler assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of the events like those advised or warned against.

§10. Limits on responsibility

1000.tours as a travel management company contracts various independent suppliers and providers of transportation (by aircraft, coach, train, vessel or otherwise), hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services . All such individuals or/ and entities are independent counterparts and operates independently and provide their goods or services. Thus makes 1000.tours as well as its employees, managers, agents and assignsare not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such individuals or entity or of any third party, as it does not own or operate any property or entity de facto.

In addition and without limitation, 1000.tours is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to forces of nature or force majeure, illness; disease; acts of war; civil / social unrest; insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities; criminal or terrorist activities of any kind; overbooking or downgrading of services; food poisoning; physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; collisions with bicycles, pedestrians or automobiles; road conditions including or not limited to lack of shoulder and roadway surfaces affected by weather conditions; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations; the adequacy of medical attention; travel by plane, train, auto, boat, or other conveyance, or by bicycle, ski, horseback, foot, or other form of active or adventure travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

There are many inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here, which can lead to illness, injury, or even death. These risks are increased by the fact that these trips take place in remote locations, far from medical facilities. Guest assumes all such risks associated with participating in these trips.

If you decide to participate in any activities including, but not limited to, any excursions involving scuba diving, sport or luxury race track, specialty vehicle riding, riding on animals, supersonic jet flight, gravity zero flight, snorkeling, hot air ballooning, ziplining, high altitude treks, climbing, rafting, riding on animals, and any activity which 1000.tours considers to carry inherent risk of serious illness, injury or death then you fully understand and acknowledge that activities carry with them various inherent risks, including serious illness, injury or death and you take complete responsibility for your own health and safety and agree to assume all risks of injury, illness or death, whether foreseen or unforeseen, that may befall you as a result of participating in any Activities (note definition?) and agree to release 1000.tours and its affiliates, their agents, employees and representatives from any liability whatsoever related thereto.

1000.tours is also not liable for incidental expenses, supplemental accommodation or transportation that are not specified in the itinerary, but acquired within a trip.

Further, as consideration for being permitted to participate in the Activities; you release 1000.tours, whether known or unknown, from, and agree not to sue or make claim against 1000.tours for, property damage, cancellation of any Activities for any reason, illness, negligent rescue operations or procedures, personal injury, or death arising out of your participation in the Activities, and any activity related thereto, including transportation to and from the site of the Activities, regardless of whether such property damage, illness, personal injury, or death results from the negligence of 1000.tours (but not its reckless, willful, or fraudulent conduct), and/or from any defect in equipment. You further agree to indemnify and hold A&K harmless with respect to any claim made against 1000.tours by anyone else which (a) related to your participation, or (b) which would be subject to the above release and covenant not to sue if you had made the claim directly yourself.

§11. Amendements

1000.tours reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in its published materials and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time as the result of any material changes to legislation or regulation. All amended Terms and Conditions shall automatically be effective upon being distributed by email, through social media or the newsfeed/ sections of the website.

The travelers are always welcome to contact 1000.tours by telephone or email with any questions or check the announcements on the website prior the travel in order to ensure they are aware of any changes.

§12. Acknowledgement ( required to be submitted by every traveler)

By paying your deposit/ installment and completing your Reservation Forms, Self-evaluation Questionnaire, Terms and Conditions and/ or other required documents you are entirely acknowledging and understanding the following:

• I have chosen a tour that suits my abilities, level of fitness, and state of health.
• I do not have any physical conditions or disabilities that are a hazard to me or other travelers.
• I understand that within time frame mentioned in 1000.tours Terms and conditions I will have valid passport, visas, permits, certificates, and vaccinations required for travel.
• I will read pre-trip materials about clothing, medical requirements, and culture-specific etiquette.
• I will make sure to communicate any special requests at the time of booking. This includes dietary restrictions, medical requirements and room preferences. I also understand that 1000.tours will do all it can to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee they will be possible.
• I will respect the laws and customs of countries visited.
• I will follow environmental guidelines and regulations while on the trip in accordance with guide direction.
• I will respect the rights and privacy of other trip members.
• I understand that 1000.tours reserves the right to refuse service during a tour to anyone whose health or behavior could impede the welfare or enjoyment of fellow guests. An individual may be asked to leave a trip if the leader feels that the person’s continuing participation may prove detrimental to the individual or the group. In such a case as well as in case of emergency all necessary assistance in arranging alternative transportation ,accommodation will be provided.
• I will always safety equipment, whenever is required: wear a seat belt, helmet, life jackets, etc
